Refund & Cancellation

Film Society of India reserves the right to refuse/cancel any Application received for the Membership.

Film Society of India at its sole discretion may cancel any application:

• If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
• If it suspects an applicant has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
• For any reason outside the control of the Film Society of India.

Fee once paid by the Applicant will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of auto-deduction of amount additional to the Fee Amount specified by the Film Society of India, applicant should wait for the refund of additionally deducted fee amount as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy of particular Payment Gateway. Film Society of India suggests the applicant to review the policy of Payment Gateway too, before making any payment. Film Society of India holds no role and right in the event of auto-deduction of additional amount.
